Written by: Alec Baumrind (@AlecBaumrind) This morning, Chance the Rapper served as the grand marshall for the Bud Billiken parade, Chicago's annual back to school parade. That wasn't the only thing he had in store for Chicago today. During the parade, Chano had revealed that he would be putting on a free show for Chicago just a week after his headlining performance at Lollapalooza. After announcing the show, Chance had dropped a list of locations throughout Chicago where people could try their luck and get some free tickets to the show. In under an hour all of the tickets were gone. The show will take place at Auditorium Theater in the Loop and doors will open at 5pm. This all ages event is powered by Social Works, and was cultivated by Chance the Rapper himself. If you were lucky enough to score some tickets, be prepared for a great show, special guests and much more.
