Today’s clone-wars’ climate has undertaken “the culture” as we know it. Flooded scenes and easily accessible tools are a blessing. The renaissance is birthing sound-biters that unanimously rip-off and regurgitate one after another.
We cradle our efficacious moments where talent prevails. Dutcho! And GHUL provided us with this prequel EP, Is it Pain or Passion–a testimonial to the strength of a high-rising Dutcho!, who has been co-cultivating this tag team. GHUL is the process-pimp behind all five tracks, exhibiting precision of his sample-heavy production with an all-out aesthetic attack. Dutcho! streamlines his artistic-aura, while the two talents’ secede having to share future breath with common clones. An above-average song pack nonetheless, the light jog EP-length still has room for a perfection that was not quite achieved. Talent is no issue with the tag team however, the EP was a dashed delivery which prevented the ideal mixing optics. The tag team have expedited their growth, only now to consider their solo potency, after an exceptionally fresh take on, Is it Pain or Passion?
