G HERBO FT/ JOEY BADA$$- "LORD KNOWS" (PROD. METRO BOOMIN)

Thanks to the good people over at Red Bull Sound Select, we were all blessed yesterday with a fresh collaborative record between a promising trifecta. G Herbo, fka Lil Herb, teamed up with Brooklyn's very own Joey Bada$$ and ATL's most consistent and prominent producer Metro Boomin, to provide us with a track about the minor hassles that these rappers deal with on a day to day basis. 

Metro Boomin lays down a modified digital trap-esque production, as G Herbo's cut throat bars and Joey's menacing hook and verses mesh well to find a common ground for these two contrasting artist to showcase their musical brilliance. Both G Herbo and Joey Bada$$ are both representatives of New York Cinematic Music Group, as G Herbo recently put pen to paper on a deal that'll see him join a roster that features Joey Bada$$, Big K.R.I.T., and fellow Chicagoan Mick Jenkins, just to name a few. As there is no official word on any upcoming projects from G Herbo himself, be sure to support one of our city's very own on December 5th at the Subterranean with tickets starting at $20 for highly anticipated performance and for any potential news regarding new material from Herb.
