Will Armstrong, a 16-year-old rapper from the Chicago suburbs, is no stranger to self reflection. After a short hiatus following the release of his first single “dontlookback”, he returns with “Fools,” a testament to his past and a reminder to enjoy life for what little is left of it.
Both Will and Miles Canady, a 19 year old Arlington Texas native, deliver impactful bars over a melodic instrumental. Their styles blend together perfectly forming a relaxing hit. Throughout the track Armstrong supplies a catchy hook that will make you want to keep it on repeat. The young emcee shows a promising future and versatility, make sure to be on the look out for the release of his debut project in 2020.
